  • Our Merchant Membership Program allows members to access exclusive deals and offers from participating local businesses. By joining as a partner, your business gains exposure to our member base while rewarding loyal customers with special discounts.

  • Simply select our membership tab and complete the information on the membership link. Once approved, you’ll be added to our list of participating businesses and featured on our website.

  • You can choose any discount structure that works best for your business, such as:

    • A percentage off (e.g., 10% off all purchases)

    • A fixed amount off (e.g., $5 off orders over $25)

    • A special member-only deal (e.g., Buy one, get one free)

    We recommend offering something meaningful but sustainable — typically 10–20% off.

  • Active Members will show their digital membership card. MASO already has verified credentials for you! You simply apply the discount at checkout as you would for any other promotion.

  • Each digital member card includes a unique membership QR code and “Active” status. You can verify by:

    • Using your device to scan the QR code.

    • Checking the status of the customers membership on the top right corner of the digital card.

  • There is no cost to join the program. Your participation helps increase your visibility among our members, and you only provide the discount when a member makes a purchase.

  • Your business will be listed in:

    • Our Member Discount Directory (online and print)

    • Monthly email newsletters to members

    • Social media features and spotlights (as available)

  • Yes! You can update or withdraw your offer at any time with at least 30 days’ notice. You can logon to your account at any time and de-activate your account.

    • Attract new customers who are eager to use their membership

    • Build community goodwill and brand visibility with our first responders

    • No costs — you only provide the discount when a sale is made
